Lifetime Acquires Double Wedding, Starring The Mowry Twins

Lifetime Movie Networks has acquired Double Wedding, to star twin sisters Tamera Mowry and Tia Mowry.
The film, about twin sisters who begin dating the same man, will be directed by Craig Pryce. Jennifer Maisel is writing.
Production begins in September, and film is set to air in June 2010.
Tamera, Tia and Darlene Mowry, as well as Howard Braunstein and Michael Jaffe, are exec producers.
Recall that the now 31-year old twins first gained fame for their roles in the ABC/WB sitcom Sister, Sister. which aired from 1994 to 1999, in which they played identical twin girls, were separated at birth, who eventually reunite after 14 years apart. I never saw an episode. But maybe you did… and maybe Double Wedding will be on your must-see list.
